Find Electronic Claim Submission ECS ID

1. Click Electronic Payers link on the right hand side menu
2. Search through thousands of electronic payers
3. Click the Add icon on "Add to My Payers" column to include it in your Payer list

1. From Bill page, click the link: the system will automatically populate the patient and provider information from the bill data.
2. Add your notes, click saveNarrative button
3. The notes will then be automatically saved and attached to the bill, making them available for electronic submission.

This eliminates the need to print and manually upload narrative notes for eFile, saving you time.

Create Batch

Many ways to create batch of bills

1. Click Bills link on top menu gees to "Unbatched Bills" page, click Add icon on Batch column, bills from the same payer will be batched together
2. From Bill page, click eFile icon
3. From Patient page, on CMS Bills tab, click Add icon on Batch column

Batch Submission

1. On CMS Batches page, click eFile icon to submit the bill electronically
2. Our system checks for errors and will only submit once all of them are fixed
3. Check the status and review the Log File if there are Rejects
4. Click the batch with Rejects, Review the Log File
5. Click the Cross ✖ icon next to Bills, click checkbox to remove the bills with errors. This action will move the selected bills out of the current batch for rebatching. It does not delete the bills.
6. Update the bill to correct the issues, and then rebatching them for resubmission.

Electronic claim submission saves you the time and cost of printing and mailing bills, speeds up claim processing, and helps you get paid faster.
